Miniseries - Zonas no interconectadas I (IDB)

For the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), we produced a three-part documentary miniseries about the challenge of bringing renewable energy to Puerto Inírida, a remote city in the Colombian Amazon disconnected from the national power grid.  Filmed between Bogotá and the Amazon, the series documented the development of a large-scale solar farm designed to reduce dependence on fossil fuels in one of the world’s most sensitive ecosystems.  Through interviews, field production, aerial footage, and documentary storytelling, the project explored the logistical, environmental, financial, and community dimensions behind the initiative. Each episode approached the story from a different angle: resilient project development, on-the-ground implementation, and the training of local institutions to manage socio-environmental initiatives at a community level. The result was a documentary-style series that translated a highly complex institutional effort into a clear, human-centered narrative.
